Payments / Terms & Conditions

Every time you order a product from Travel to Care, you are only creating a reservation request. This request will be further turned into a quote from the supplier of the product. Once you get your quote you have the option to either accept the quote or reject it. You are not under any curcumstances obligated to pay any thing to any suppllier, unless you accept a quote. If you accept a quote, then you will be taken to a page where you can securely pay a set % of the given quote in order to confirm and guarantee your reservation. This is considered as your deposite.

Once the deposit is paid, it will not be refunded. The deposits are always non refundable. The rest of the payment that you make is directly between you and the supplier of the product you have booked and any refunds or cancellation is based on each individual supplier's terms and conditions which you have accepted while you were making the reservation request.
